For those of you who wish to continue playing throughout the Summer, there is usually a smaller scale Summer League in operation. Many clubs take advantage of this friendly tournament to allow juniors or non-regular team players to accumulate some experience of competitive play.
Summer 2000 saw just 4 teams competing in a single Division whilst the year before we had sufficient interest to run two Divisions.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely that a similar competition will be run during the summer of 2001, although some friendly matches may be arranged.
