TREASURER’S REPORT
Accepted.
PRESS AND FIXTURES SECRETARY
Gordon presented his report for the season for the League and Tournaments. Notification had been received that the following teams would not be represented in the forthcoming season: West Tamar, Ivybridge Congregational, Derriford ‘B’ and Plymstock. New teams to be entered are YMCA Kitto ‘C’ and University ‘B’.
The tournaments had all run smoothly, and there was a report on the Junior Tournament from Margaret Luscombe.
Thanks were expressed to all those involved in helping all the tournaments to run smoothly. The Beckly Cup Handicap Committee were thanked. Thanks were expressed to Sandra Chenery for her continued efforts and success in forwarding press reports. The league tables are now regularly updated on the website. Any club photographs or items which may be considered of interest should be forwarded to Sandra.
JUNIOR LEAGUE SECRETARY’S REPORT
A report from the Junior League Secretary was presented.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE PROPOSAL
The following amendment to Rule 4.1 should be included "Match date may be changed with the agreement of both Team Secretaries and after negotiation with the Officers of the Management Committee, i.e. Chairman, Press and Fixtures Secretary and Secretary". The wording was changed to "A league match may be re-arranged provided your opponent can agree on a suitable date, and with permission from the League Fixtures Secretary" and the proposal was accepted.

Brian Dyer was re-elected for the next three years, and was thanked for his contribution to the League over the past year.
